ATTITUDE - The way you deal with customers complaints - Do you make sure the customer feels appreciated ? or Do you make them feel as if they are the problem ?


CONVENIENCE - The transaction from start to end -From the click to your website all the way to the receiving of the shipment does the transaction create a simple and stress free experience ?


MARKETING - Are you marketing towards the correct audience ? Are you just throwing darts hoping one will land ? Are you randomly posting praying someone will buy ? Does your personal page and business page represent you as a person and or company ? Remember everything you feel or think does not need to be on social media. The people you are offending would have made great repeat customers giving you referrals as well . Stay away from RELIGION ! RACE ! POLITICS ! when posting .

Is your product needed ? Are you selling what everyone else is selling only wrapping it in a different package ? How is your product different ? How are you setting yourself apart ? BE CREATIVE ! BE OUTSIDE THE NORM !
